Shocking: 2 Headless Bodies Discovered In Benin, Residents Flee Area

Two headless bodies were discovered by shocked residents of the busy Lagos Street, Benin City on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.
According to a report by blogger and radio personality Chris Kehinde Nwandu,  the ugly situation prompted residents to flee their homes for fear of police arrests.
He reports on his blog, CKN Nigeria:

The heads were severed from the bodies and deposited beside the decomposing copses. The bodies were uncovered in the early hours of the day.
It was learnt that the bodies of the two young men dressed in native attires were discovered by bewildered residents beside the road along the highly populated Hausa Lagos Street community in the capital city. Policemen from the Oba Market Divisional Station were alerted on the ugly situation, who quickly removed the corpses and took them to their station.
No arrests had as at the time of filing this report.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the command, DSP Moses Eguavoen when contacted Tuesday said he was yet to be briefed on the incident by the Divisional Police Officer in charge of the Oba market station area.
